  • All plans are presented in English with measurements in millimeters (metric).
  • Designed to fit Sprinter LWB 170 (2006 - 2017)
  • The CAD model is available in STEP format.
  • Due to the varying nature of van cladding, the exact fit of overhead cupboards and bathroom sides cannot be guaranteed.
  • The "Shoebox" built into the kitchen unit is influenced by floor thickness so please take this into consideration. Design currently allows for 180mm step height. 
  • I recommend printing the provided 1:1 A4 template in the package to verify the profile against your vehicle.
  • Plans do not include electrical or plumbing diagrams throughout the vehicle however allowance has been made within the design to integrate these items.
  • It is advisable to seal the edges of plywood before installation.

  • Ensure units are securely fastened to the van.
  • This van fit out is for intermediate to experienced builders.

  2. You purchase the plans via the online store for each unit that you sell.

These plans are best suited for intermediate builders or those with some prior DIY, trade, or construction experience. They’re detailed and thoughtfully laid out, but they do assume a basic understanding of tools, materials, and build processes.

If you're just starting out, you're still welcome to purchase — just know that you may need to do a bit of extra research or enlist help from someone with experience.

All plans are in millimetres (mm). Some plans have also been converted into inches too. The units of measurement a plan comes are stated on each plan. Get in touch if there's a plan you're after not in your preferred units.
