Convert your Mercedes Sprinter Medium Wheel Base 144 (2006 - 2017) into a fully functional and comfortable camper with these detailed DIY plans and CNC-ready files. This set of plans is for designed for a left-hand drive vehicle.

This design layout maximises space and includes a sliding bed, integrated kitchen, L-shaped seating, bathroom, and extensive storage. 

The download includes a 3D CAD model, DXF files, assembly drawings, and a full materials and hardware overview.

What's Required:
  • Access to a CNC Router
  • 15 x 16mm Plywood sheets required 
  • Basic hand tools such as drill and driver for assembling
  • Jig saw (some scribing may be necessary)

Additional Information:
  • All plans are presented in English with measurements in millimeters (metric).
  • Constructed from 15 sheets of 16mm HPL Plywood 
  • Designed to fit Sprinter MWB 144" (2006 - 2017)
  • The CAD model is available in STEP format.
  • Due to the varying nature of van cladding, the exact fit of overhead cupboards and bathroom sides cannot be guaranteed.
  • The "Shoebox" built into the kitchen unit is influenced by floor thickness so please take this into consideration. Design currently allows for 160mm step height. 
  • I recommend printing the provided 1:1 A4 template in the package to verify the profile against your vehicle.
  • Plans do not include electrical or plumbing diagrams throughout the vehicle however allowance has been made within the design to integrate these items.
  • Overview of materials, hardware, and appliances included
  • It is advisable to seal the edges of plywood before installation.
  • Ensure units are securely fastened to the van.
  • This van fit out is for intermediate to experienced builders.

Plans are provided in PDF format, ensuring compatibility with most devices and ease of printing. If you require a different format, please contact me to discuss your needs.

These plans are best suited for intermediate builders or those with some prior DIY, trade, or construction experience. They’re detailed and thoughtfully laid out, but they do assume a basic understanding of tools, materials, and build processes.

If you're just starting out, you're still welcome to purchase — just know that you may need to do a bit of extra research or enlist help from someone with experience.

All plans are in millimetres (mm). Some plans have also been converted into inches too. The units of measurement a plan comes are stated on each plan. Get in touch if there's a plan you're after not in your preferred units.
